We offer a refund to customers if you have told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you've told us. We will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

We aim to dispatch within 7-10 days (Not including weekends) but please note during holiday periods dispatch times may vary.

All Post is sent Royal Mail Tracked, you have the option for Tracked 24 orTracked 48 at checkout (This has nothing to do with the dispatch times, this is the Royal Mails postage times - This is not a guarantee, it is what Royal Mail aim for). We also offer international shipping (Excluding EU countries & NI) Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive.
